What My Neighbor Didn't Know

My Neighbor this nice day gave me a pitch for the Wilmette District 39 Incumbents. He didn't even know that they have been fighting any chance for us to get our taxes lowered, as detailed in the August 23, 2004 Sun Times article by Mary Laney. I've printed out a copy of the article and will take it to him. He needs to know.
