Stimulus Package Failing to Help Those Who Need Help Most

"What are these people going to do? Is everybody going to go on welfare? I've never been on welfare. I don't want to be on welfare." - A former factory worker in Pennsylvania who was hoping for road work from the stimulus package.

Sad news. The stimulus package--half of which is borrowed money--isn't helping the neediest, after all. the AP is reporting that stimulus funds aren't going to the counties hit hardest by unemployment, and the citizens are feeling discouraged.

Meanwhile, back in Washington D.C., the president was giggling when comedian Wanda Sykes wished a painful death to conservative talk show host, Rush Limbaugh, who has been critical of administration policies. Not a pretty picture.
